Brandy Parfait Recipe

• Macaroons
• brandy
• Coffee ice cream
• Whip cream

1. Soak crumbled macaroons in brandy.
2. In parfait glasses, interlace small scoops of coffee ice cream with macaroons mix.
3. Garnish with whipped cream and a dusting of shredded chocolate or possibly very fine grnd coffee beans.
