Cucumber and Imitation Crab Salad with Mayo

• 1 Cucumber
• 100 grams Imitation crab sticks
• 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
• 1 Black pepper
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 Soy sauce

1. Julienne the cucumber, rub with salt and drain.
2. Shred the crab sticks.
3. Combine the ingredients with the cucumber and crab and it's done.
4. Serve with a little soy sauce, to taste.
