Cubed Pork Mix OAMC

  1. In a large skillet cook pork until lightly brown, stir occasionally.
  2. Drain and reserve drippings.
  3. Add onions.
  4. Cook, stirring 10-15 minutes until onions are golden.
  5. Add flour stir until absorbed about 1 minute., Add water to drippings to make 4 c liquid.
  6. Stir liquid bouillon, salt and pepper into pork.
  7. Bring to boil stir occasionally.
  8. Cover and cook over low for 2 hours Remove from heat and cool.
  9. Put mixture into five 2 c containers label and freeze.
