Pork With Mushroom Sauce Recipe
- 6 to 8 pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. rice (white long grain)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place pork in medium casserole dish.
- Pour cream of mushroom sauce over pork.
- Bake covered for 50 min to an hour or possibly till pork is no longer pink.
- While pork is baking prepare rice according to package directions.
- Serve pork with rice, corn or possibly peas.
- 4 to 8 servings.
