Refreshing Mango Panna
- 2 Raw Mangoes
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Rock Salt
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- Cut the leaf end of the raw mangoes and boil them in potable water upto 2 whistles of pressure cooker.
- If you do not have pressure cooker, boil till the mangoes are soft.
- Allow it to cool.
- Deskin the mangoes and squeeze the pulp into the boiled water itself.
- Mix it well and then strain it.
- Add sugar, salt, rock salt and cumin powder.
- Just before serving, fill 1/4 of the glass with that pulp and upto 1/2 with chilled water.
- Add ice cubes as per your liking.
- You may top it with mint leaves as per your liking.
- Note: In case you want to store it, add only sugar to the pulp and keep it in the refrigerator.
- Before serving add the rest of the ingredients.
