Quick & Easy Matzo Balls (Kosher)

  1. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
  2. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls with moistened hands.
  3. Add to pot of boiling salted water; cover.
  4. Cook 30 minutes or until done.
  5. Drain.
  6. To serve, heat matzo balls in chicken soup.
  7. Note: Prepare matzo balls as directed.
  8. Cover and freeze in plastic food storage bags for up to 3 weeks.
