Quick & Easy Matzo Balls (Kosher)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup matzo meal
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- Mix all ingredients until well blended.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch balls with moistened hands.
- Add to pot of boiling salted water; cover.
- Cook 30 minutes or until done.
- Drain.
- To serve, heat matzo balls in chicken soup.
- Note: Prepare matzo balls as directed.
- Cover and freeze in plastic food storage bags for up to 3 weeks.
