Donna's Real Homemade Ravioli (Stuffing) Recipe

  1. Cook meat in 1 c. of water about 30 min.
  2. Cold.
  3. Cook spinach, drain and chop fine.
  4. While chopping spinach, also chop onions and mushrooms.
  5. In a bowl, place all ingredients and mix well.
  6. Add in more salt and pepper, if needed.
  7. Place in a bowl and cover with piece of wax paper and a cover.
  8. If stiff when using, add in a little water.
  9. Any unused stuffing can be frzn.
  10. Ravioli can be frzn raw or possibly cooked.

frzn leaf spinach, onions, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, veal, pork, eggs, mushrooms, pepper, salt, garlic salt, fresh cracker meal
