Jack Rose

• Ice
• 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 2 ounces bonded apple brandy
• 3/4 ounce grenadine, preferably homemade

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the brandy, lemon juice and grenadine and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
