Slow Cooker Asian Pork Chops

  1. I have a very small 3 qt.
  2. crockpot since I live by myself and usually just throw this together, never measuring, but it makes enough for me to have for dinner, lunch, then dinner again, so...
  3. Place meat in crockpot, cover with marinade and add juice only from the pineapple, refrigerating the fruit to add later.
  4. Set heat to medium for approximately 6-8 hours.
  5. Remove chops from pot, placing them on a plate.
  6. Add the reserved pineapple and the tri-colored pepper strips.
  7. Slice the pork chops into thin slices and return to crockpot.
  8. Add the sliced green onion and cook another 30 minutes.
  9. Serve over rice.
