Tex-Mex Cranberry Tequila Salsa
- 4 ounces silver tequila
- 2 14 cups green onions, sliced
- 1 34 cups jalapeno peppers, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons dried cilantro
- 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 (6 1/2 lb) can Ocean Spray whole cranberry sauce
- Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
- Serve at room temperature with nacho chips.
- Also can be served as a sauce with fajitas or poultry.
