Kenny's Mashed Potatoes Surprise

• 6 -7 brown potatoes, peeled and cut in half
• 14 cup butter
• 14 cup sour cream
• 14 cup milk
• 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
• 2 cups cheddar cheese

1. Boil the potatoes in water until soft.
2. Mash potatoes with butter, sour cream, milk and salt and pepper (desired amounts of each).
3. Place potatoes in oven-safe bowl or casserole dish.
4. You can use either plain spinach or spinach with cream sauce.
5. Add spinach and mix well.
6. Sprinkle cheese on top of potatoes.
7. Bake at 375 degrees until cheese melts.
