Maple-Mustard Dipping Sauce

• 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise
• 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
• 1 Tbs. maple syrup
• 2 tsp. fresh lime juice

1. Whisk together all ingredients in small bowl.
2. Serve with Curly Oven French Fries.
