Artichoke Dip Recipe
- 3 jar marinated artichockes liquid removed and minced
- 1/2 c. Parmesean cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. Romano cheese, grated
- 2 can green chilies, minced and liquid removed
- 1 x Mayonaise (to 1 1/2 c.) Chopped garlic to taste Tabasco to taste
- Mix artichokes, parmesean, romano, chilies and mayonaise.
- Add in garlic and tabasco to taste.
- Bake at 350F for about 30 min, till brown around edges and bubbly.
- Serve with crackers and toasted bread.
