Cucumber and Chili Raita
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon or more finely chopped fresh green chili pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt to taste
- White pepper to taste
- Peel cucumber and cut it in half lengthwise.
- Scrape out seeds.
- Cut cucumber into 1/4-inch slices.
- Stack slices and cut them into 1/4-inch strips.
- Cut strips into 1/4-inch cubes.
- Combine cucumber cubes with remaining ingredients.
- Blend well.
