Cucumber and Chili Raita

  1. Peel cucumber and cut it in half lengthwise.
  2. Scrape out seeds.
  3. Cut cucumber into 1/4-inch slices.
  4. Stack slices and cut them into 1/4-inch strips.
  5. Cut strips into 1/4-inch cubes.
  6. Combine cucumber cubes with remaining ingredients.
  7. Blend well.
