Juniper And Berries

  1. Put liquid ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Add lemon peel, pierced with the cloves.
  3. Warm for about two minutes over medium flame, but do not boil.
  4. Strain.
  5. Serve in a tempered-glass mug.
  6. Garnish with currants.
