Triple-Chocolate Candy-Cane Kisses

• Four 3-ounce chocolate bars2 semisweet, 1 milk and 1 white
• 1/2 cup crushed candy canes

1. Melt the 3 kinds of chocolate in 3 separate bowls.
2. Stir half of the crushed candy into the dark.
3. Reserve a bit for sprinkling; stir the remainder into the milk and white chocolates.
4. Drop teaspoons of the dark onto a parchment-lined tray.
5. Top with 1 dollop each of the milk and white chocolates.
6. Sprinkle with crushed candy.
7. Let harden
