Mediterranean Mini Toasts
- 150 g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ANCHOVY and CAPSICUM
- 12 mini bagel toasts
- 6 anchovy fillets, drained and halved
- 1 small roasted red capsicum, cut into 12 strips
- Baby basil leaves, for garnish
- SALAMI and TOMATO
- 12 mini lavosh or mini toasts
- 6 slices hot shaved salami, cut into strips
- 3 baby roma tomatoes, quartered
- Baby basil leaves, for garnish
- COMBINE the PHILLY, basil and garlic in a bowl.
- ANCHOVY and CAPSICUM TOASTS: spread toasts with half the PHILLY mixture and top with anchovies and capsicum.
- Garnish with basil leaves.
- SALAMI and TOMATO TOASTS: spread lavosh with the remaining PHILLY mixture and top with salami and tomato.
- Garnish with basil leaves.
