Fruit Smoothie

  1. Peel the banana and roughly chop it.
  2. Skin the mangoes, remove the pits and roughly chop the flesh.
  3. Put the fruit in a food processor or blender and blend together with the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Make sure you blend the mixture really well, then pour the fruit smoothie into a tall, chilled glass.
  5. Sprinkle over a bit of lime zest and some freshly ground black pepper.
  6. Drink straight away.
