Pumpkin Seed Crusted Pork Chops
- 4 12-oz. bone in pork chops.
- 1 cup flour.
- 1 egg beaten.
- 1 cup hulled pumpkin seeds, chopped
- 3 Tablesspoons olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste.
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Season pork chops with salt & pepper to taste.
- Dredge chops in flour then dip in the beaten egg.
- Roll the chops in the chopped pumpkin seeds and place on a platter.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan at medium to medium high heat.
- Brown the chops on each side in the pan for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Transfer to a rack on a baking sheet and put in the middle of the preheated 400F.
- oven for about 20 minutes or until the internal temp.
- is 165F.
