Pumpkin Seed Crusted Pork Chops

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Season pork chops with salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Dredge chops in flour then dip in the beaten egg.
  4. Roll the chops in the chopped pumpkin seeds and place on a platter.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a pan at medium to medium high heat.
  6. Brown the chops on each side in the pan for 2 - 3 minutes.
  7. Transfer to a rack on a baking sheet and put in the middle of the preheated 400F.
  8. oven for about 20 minutes or until the internal temp.
  9. is 165F.
