Slawdog Salad

• 3 lb beef hotdogs, or your favorite type
• 1 lb coleslaw see attached recipe I added quarter cup of shredded carrots
• 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
• 1/4 cup shredded carrots

1. Slice the hotdogs lengthwise, but not all the way thru.
2. Heat oil and fry the hotdogs till crispy
3. Add hotdogs to a plate top with coleslaw.
4. To my coleslaw recipe I added quarter cup of shredded carrots.
5. Serve I hope you enjoy!
