Grilled Salmon with Dijon Mustard Sauce
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 4 small salmon steaks(1 lb./450 g), 1- inch thick Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $5.00 thru 02/14
- 3/4 lb. (340 g) sugar snap peas, trimmed
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Mix first 3 ingredients until well blended; reserve half for later use.
- Brush fish with remaining Miracle Whip mixture.
- Grill fish 10 min.
- Turn fish; grill 10 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Meanwhile, fill large saucepan halfway with water; bring to boil over high heat.
- Place steamer basket over pan; place peas in basket.
- Cover and steam 5 to 6 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- To serve, transfer fish to serving plate.
- Drizzle with remaining Miracle Whip mixture.
- Serve immediately with peas.
