Grilled Mexican Corn

  1. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Peel back husks from each ear of corn, leaving them attached at base.
  3. Remove and discard silk; rewrap corn with husks.
  4. Place corn in large pot of cold water; let soak 10 min.
  5. Meanwhile, mix Miracle Whip and lime juice until blended.
  6. Drain corn.
  7. Grill 15 to 20 min.
  8. or until husks are lightly charred and corn is tender, turning occasionally.
  9. Unwrap husks; drizzle corn with Miracle Whip mixture.
  10. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
