Wheat Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 2 cups spelt flour
- 34 cup granular fructose
- 34 tablespoon egg substitute
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 cup light oil (canola)
- 12 cup pure maple syrup
- 14 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 14 cup water
- 14 cup barley malt sweetened chocolate chips
- sift all dry ingredients together.
- in a large bowl mix together all wet ingredients until immulsified.
- add the dry ingredients to the wet mix all at once and mix until just combined.
- fold in chocolate chips.
- spoon onto greased cookie sheet with an inch or two of room in between.
- bake in a 350 degree oven for twelve minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is no longer shiny.
- remove from sheet to cool and eat.
