Instant Hot Cocoa Mix

• 8 12 cups nonfat dry milk powder
• 1 12 cups non-dairy coffee creamer
• 3 cups instant chocolate drink mix (for milk)
• 1 12 cups confectioners' sugar
• 1 12 cups miniature marshmallows

1. In a very large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Store cocoa mix in air tight containers.
3. To make cocoa: In a mug, combine 1/2 cup mix with 9 oz.
4. of boiling water and stir.
