Ginger Beer Coconut Float

• 2 scoops coconut sorbet (or coconut ice cream)
• ginger beer (to fill up glass)

1. Place two scoops of coconut sorbet in a large glass.
2. Pour over enough cold ginger beer to fill glass.
3. Drink immediately and enjoy!
