Hot And Sour Chicken Wings

  1. Combine chicken wings, soy sauce and lemon juice in bowl; stir to blend.
  2. Cover and refrigerate 1/2 hour.
  3. On broiler pan, place chicken wings and broil 6 inches from heat, basting occasionally with marinade, until golden brown on both sides.
  4. While chicken is broiling, combine remaining ingredients in saucepan.
  5. Bring to slow boil, stirring constantly, to dissolve sugar.
  6. Continue boiling until sauce bubbles.
  7. On platter, pour a thin coating of sauce.
  8. Place chicken on top.
  9. Pour remaining sauce over all.
