Orange-Glazed Pork

  1. Drizzle 1 Tbsp.
  2. dressing over meat in bowl.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour boiling water over couscous in small bowl; stir.
  5. Cover.
  6. Let stand 5 min.
  7. Meanwhile, spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
  8. Heat on medium-high heat.
  9. Add 1 Tbsp.
  10. of the remaining dressing and onions; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally.
  11. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade.
  12. Add meat to onions; cook 6 min.
  13. or until meat is done, stirring occasionally.
  14. Stir in remaining dressing and oranges; cook 1 min., stirring occasionally.
  15. Fluff couscous with fork.
  16. Add nuts; mix lightly.
  17. Serve with meat mixture.
