Orange-Glazed Pork
- 3 Tbsp. Kraft Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing, divided
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch-thick slices Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup whole wheat couscous, uncooked
- 1/2 cup sliced onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 navel orange, peeled, sectioned King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. chopped toasted pecans
- Drizzle 1 Tbsp.
- dressing over meat in bowl.
- Refrigerate 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Pour boiling water over couscous in small bowl; stir.
- Cover.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Meanwhile, spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
- Heat on medium-high heat.
- Add 1 Tbsp.
- of the remaining dressing and onions; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally.
- Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade.
- Add meat to onions; cook 6 min.
- or until meat is done, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in remaining dressing and oranges; cook 1 min., stirring occasionally.
- Fluff couscous with fork.
- Add nuts; mix lightly.
- Serve with meat mixture.
