Charaben - Little Fall Chestnut-Shaped Onigiri
- 1 as many (to taste) Brown onigiri (rice balls)
- 1 Ketchup or imitation crab sticks
- 1 sheet Nori seaweed
- 1 White sesame seeds
- 1 Black sesame seeds
- Make as many rounded triangle-shaped onigiri as you like.
- Scatter white or black sesame seeds on a plate, as much as you need.
- Roll the bottom of each onigiri in sesame seeds to coat.
- Make the face: The eyes, nose and mouth are cut out of nori seaweed.
- The cheeks are made with crab stick or ketchup.
- Stick the face parts on the onigiri, and they're done.
