Skillet Spanish Chicken

  1. Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 3 min.
  3. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 min.
  4. Stir in paprika and crushed pepper; cook and stir 30 sec.
  5. Add tomatoes, yellow peppers and olives; stir.
  6. Bring to boil; cover.
  7. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min.
  8. Remove from heat; stir in parsley.
  9. Serve over rice.
