Akin Back Farm's Pasta Blue Recipe
- 3 x Boneless chicken breasts skinless
- 6 sprg fresh rosemary
- 6 sprg fresh thyme
- 1 lb Ziti
- 3/4 c. Unsalted butter
- 1/4 c. Fresh lemon juice
- 1 c. Gorgonzola cheese, shredded Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 1/2 c. Fresh spinach torn in bite-size pcs
- 1 bn Nasturtiums
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; set aside.
- Poach chicken breasts; remove meat and cube.
- Combine all ingredients except nasturtiums.
- Garnish with nasturtiums.
