Shredded Chicken Chili Verde
- 2 chopped onion
- 4 Red Potatoes diced
- 1 bunch Cilantro finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Ground Cumin
- 2 Bay Leaf
- 2 clove Minced Garlic
- 1 Black Pepper
- 4 lb Chicken Breast Cut Into Big Chunks
- 2 16 oz La Victoria verde sauce
- 3 can 7 oz Fire Roasted Diced Green Chilies
- 4 Diced Serrano Peppers
- 2 Diced Jalapenos seeds removed
- 1/2 cup Water or Chicken Stock
- 1 Garlic Salt
- Mix all ingredients in crockpot and set low 6-8 hours until chicken is cooked
