Goes Great with Rice! Super Easy Spicy Beef Fry

  1. Mince the onions.
  2. Remove the seeds from the chili and slice into rounds.
  3. Add all of the ingredients listed for the dipping sauce and mix.
  4. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and mix well with the sauce, kneading lightly.
  5. Allow to soak for 15 minutes.
  6. Oil a pan (if necessary) and fry the beef over medium heat while separating the pieces.
  7. Once the liquid has evaporated, it's finished!
  8. I tried topping with chopped green onions, white leek and shredded red chili peppers.
  9. Bulgogi version: I tried making bulgogi with the vegetables soaked together with the meat.
  10. The onion, carrot, and green pepper were all minced.
