Cinnamon Apple Saute (For One!)

  1. Heat oil over medium heat in a 10" skillet.
  2. Add apples, cinnamon-sugar, pecans, and raisins.
  3. Saute until apples near tender.
  4. Add butter, melt, and toss to coat apples.
  5. Cook until apples tender and fragrant.
  6. Serve hot with a couple dollops of French vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
