Espresso Martinis

  1. Put the liquors and espresso in a chilled cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake well until very cold, then strain into 2 chilled martini glasses.
  3. Float a layer of whipped cream over the top.
  4. Using a vegetable peeler, shave some dark chocolate on top of each glass.
