Pumpkin-Cinnamon Tiramisu

  1. Arrange half the ladyfingers on bottom of 13x9-inch dish.
  2. Dissolve coffee and 1 Tbsp.
  3. sugar in boiling water.
  4. Brush 1/2 cup coffee mixture over ladyfingers in dish.
  5. Beat Neufchatel in large bowl with mixer until creamy.
  6. Add 2/3 cup sugar; mix well.
  7. Add pumpkin and cinnamon; mix well.
  8. Blend in COOL WHIP.
  9. Spread half the Neufchatel mixture over ladyfingers in dish; top with remaining ladyfingers.
  10. Brush with remaining coffee.
  11. Cover with remaining Neufchatel mixture.
  12. Grate chocolate over top.
  13. Refrigerate 4 hours.
