Chinese Vegetables With Beef Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger or possibly cube steak
- 3 Packages Bird's Eye stir-fry vegetables
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 6 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- Brown beef.
- Drain and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet till a drop of water beads up.
- Add in vegetables; pour veg.
- oil over vegetables.
- Stir to coat.
- Heat for 3 min.
- stir once to prevent sticking.
- Add in season packs (this comes with vegetables).
- Stir to coat with seasonings.
- Cover, reduce heat to simmer, and cook for 10 min.
- Add in meat, seasoned salt, onion salt, and soy sauce.
- Stir to mix all ingredients.
- Cover and simmer for 10 min.
- Serve over rice.
