Tahitian Moon

• Ice
• 1 1/2 ounces brandy
• 1/2 ounce Oloroso sherry
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
• 3 ounces chilled vanilla cream soda
• 1 long lemon twist wrapped around 1 vanilla bean (optional)

1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
2. Add the brandy and sherry; stir well.
3. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass and stir in the vanilla soda.
4. Garnish with the twist-wrapped vanilla bean.
