Best Ever Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup pizza sauce or pasta sauce store bought
- 12 ounces tomato paste canned
- 1 dash burgundy wine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoons basil
- 1 medium onions chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Saute 1 medium chopped onion and 1 clove garlic, minced in 2 tablespoons oil until limp.
- Add: Simmer slowly, stir occasionally for 1 hour.
- Makes enough for 2 large pizzas
