Smart-Choice Chocolate-Vanilla Cheesecake

  1. Heat oven to 325F.
  2. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan.
  3. Mix cookie crumbs and butter until blended; press onto bottom of prepared pan.
  4. Bake 10 min.
  5. Beat Neufchatel, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  6. Add sour cream; mix well.
  7. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each just until blended.
  8. Reserve 1 cup batter.
  9. Stir chocolate into remaining batter; pour over crust.
  10. Top with spoonfuls of reserved plain batter; swirl with knife.
  11. Bake 40 min.
  12. or until center is almost set.
  13. Cool.
  14. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  15. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve.
