Wonderful Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Saute sausage, crumble and drain.
  2. Preheat oven to 350.
  3. Mix together 1/2 cup parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, worcestershire, oregano,and cream cheese.
  4. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  5. Add sausage the mixture.
  6. Add egg yolk.
  7. Brush mushrooms with white wine.
  8. Fill mushrooms and place in greased baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated parmesan on top.
  10. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
