Hickory Smoke Brisket
- 4 lb brisket, trimmed
- 1/4 cup liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp onion salt
- 1 dash Tony's
- Line the bottom of your crock pot with foil.
- Make sure to use enough foil so juices don't run out.
- Place brisket in crock pot and pour liquid smoke on top.
- Sprinkle all seasonings on top then wrap foil securely around meat.
- Cook on low for 8-12 hours in 6 quart slow cooker.
