Hickory Smoke Brisket

  1. Line the bottom of your crock pot with foil.
  2. Make sure to use enough foil so juices don't run out.
  3. Place brisket in crock pot and pour liquid smoke on top.
  4. Sprinkle all seasonings on top then wrap foil securely around meat.
  5. Cook on low for 8-12 hours in 6 quart slow cooker.
