Spicy Potato Heaven #RSC

• 4 medium red potatoes
• 1 small onion
• 14 cup red bell pepper
• 14 cup green bell pepper
• 14 cup orange bell pepper
• 4 chili peppers
• 1 12 cups fresh spinach
• 23 cup cherry tomatoes
• 12 cup zucchini
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons southwest chipotle seasoning
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Reynolds Wrap Foil

1. Cut stems off of spinach leafs.
2. Chop in med pieces potatoes, tomatoes, and zucchini.
3. Dice all other ingredients.
4. Mix all ingredients in med bowl.
5. separate in 4 to 6 portions and wrap in Reynolds Wrap cook on grill till tender.
6. To make it a meal can cook brats or sausage links on grill and chop in large chunks and place on top.
