Yummy Chili con Carne

  1. Brown the mince in a very hot pan - drain fluid and set aside.
  2. Saute onions in the butter with the garlic and chillis.
  3. Once the onions are soft, add the mince and tomatoes.
  4. Bring to a simmer and add the remaining ingredients (no additional fluid should be needed).
  5. Cook at a simmer for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
