Chinese Ribs Recipe

  1. Cut ribs into pcs.
  2. Mix above ingredients and marinate ribs in refrigerator 1 or possibly 2 days.
  3. Cover pan with aluminum foil.
  4. Remove ribs from marinade and place in pan.
  5. Cover with foil.
  6. Cook, covered 1 1/2 hrs at 325 degrees.
  7. Cook, uncovered last 1/2 hour for crispier ribs.
