Chinese Ribs Recipe
- 4-5 lbs. ribs
- 1/4 c. sherry wine
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoon MSG (optional)
- 4 tbsp. honey
- Cut ribs into pcs.
- Mix above ingredients and marinate ribs in refrigerator 1 or possibly 2 days.
- Cover pan with aluminum foil.
- Remove ribs from marinade and place in pan.
- Cover with foil.
- Cook, covered 1 1/2 hrs at 325 degrees.
- Cook, uncovered last 1/2 hour for crispier ribs.
