Low Fat Molasses-Spice Cookies
- 3/4 cups molasses
- 3/4 cups yogurt, plain nonfat, plain
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 1/2 cups cake flour sifted
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon mace
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
- Prepare baking sheets with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
- Whisk together molasses, yogurt, sugar and oil.
- Stir together flour, spices, soda and salt.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ones and blend.
- Drop by spoonfuls unto baking sheets and bake 15 to 20 min.
