Chicken Breasts Southwestern

  1. in 9" square baking pan stir together all marinade ingredients.
  2. add chicken breasts, marinate turning oncein refrigerator at least 45 minutes.
  3. meanwhile, prepare grill placing coals to one side, heat until coals are ash white.
  4. make aluminum foil drip pan, place oppisite coals.
  5. remove chicken from marinade, drain.
  6. grill chicken 7 minutes, turn, continue grilling until fork tender.
  7. top each chicken breast with 2 slices of cheese.
  8. continue grilling until cheese begins to melt.
  9. serve with salsa on top of chicken pieces.
