Turkey Garbage Burgers
- 4 whole Jennie-O Turkey Burgers
- Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- Garlic Powder
- 1 whole Avocado
- Garlic Salt
- Adobo Seasoned Salt
- Lime Juice
- 1 whole Medium Vidalia Onion
- 4 slices Kraft 2% Pepper Jack Singles
- 4 whole Light Wheat Buns (Healthy Life 98% Fat Free)
- Note: seasoning amounts are to your preference.
- Thaw out your burger.
- Season well with Lawrys season salt and garlic powder.
- In a bowl, mash avocado.
- Add garlic salt, adobo season, and lime to taste.
- Mix well.
- Slice onions.
- Spray skillet with nonstick spray.
- Saute onions until tender and clear.
- Grill burger on a medium-high grill pan for about 5 minutes.
- Flip and grill for 5 more minutes or until cooked through.
- Top with pepper jack cheese and leave on the grill until the cheese is melted.
- Place burger on the bun and top with sauteed onions.
- Spread guacamole on top of the bun and place on burger.
- Serve with corn on the cob sprinkled with lime and cilantro.
