Peaches And Cream Cake
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
- 6 Tbsp. soft margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (29 oz.) can peach slices (reserve juice)
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. reserved peach juice
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl and mix with an electric
- mixertn
- medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Pour into a greased

- pan.
- Drain
- peachtlicestnd reserve juice.
- Gently arrange peach slices on batter, leaving a 3/4-inch space
- around
- thetdge of the pan.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar and
- peach juice and mix 2 minutes with mixer on medium
- speed. Carefully
- spread
- cream
- cheese
- mixture over peaches without touching sides of the pan but be sure to cover allteaches completely.
- Sprinkle
- cinnamon
- and
- sugar over cream cheese mixture.
- Bake
- 30to
- 40 minutes in a 350u0b0 oven until top turns golden brown.
