Hashbrown Potato Casserole Recipe

  1. Mix slightly thawed hashbrowns with all ingredients, except topping.
  2. Put in a 13"x9" glass baking dish.
  3. Mix topping and sprinkle over potatoes.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 min.
  5. Watch so it doesn't get to brown.
  6. Enjoy.
  7. Serves 6 to 9.
  8. For an extra zing to it substitute Mexican shredded cheese for the shredded cheese.
