Potato Bruschetta #SP5

  1. Make 4 round potato patties.
  2. Flatten and grill hash browns in olive oil in pan over med.
  3. high heat until golden brown on both sides.
  4. (about 8 minutes each side).
  5. Top each patty with cheese.
  6. Saute spinach and tomato about 15 seconds.
  7. Top each patty with tomato and spinach.
  8. enjoy.
